Education Minister Douglas Syakalima has announced the recruitment of additional 4,200 teachers in 2024.
Mr. Syakalima says the Ministry will not advertise the 2024 recruitment but will instead utilize its existing database of applicants.
He says this will bring to a total of 41,422 teachers hired since the UPND assumed office in 2021.
